If you are not satisfied with our product. We are happy to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return our chocolate from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please send back the remaining chocolates in the box they were delivered in along with a note explaining why you are not satisfied with your purchase.

We value your feedback and will use it to improve our product.

Refunds

Once we receive your Return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. You should receive the credit within 7 business days.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
